At Design Lab Store, all products sold are digital in nature. We do not ship any physical goods. Please review our Digital Shipping Policy below to understand how and when you will receive your purchased files.

1. Delivery Method

All digital products (eBooks, design bundles, templates, etc.) are delivered via:

– Direct download link on the order confirmation page
– Download link sent to your email (used during checkout)

No physical shipment or courier delivery is involved.

2. Delivery Time

– Instant Delivery: Most orders are processed and delivered within 5 minutes of successful payment.
– If your order is delayed beyond 30 minutes, please check your spam/junk folder or contact us.

3. Download Access

– You will receive a secure link to download your purchased files.
– Download link may have a limited number of attempts or expiration time (to prevent abuse).
– We recommend saving a copy of your files after downloading.

4. Failed or Delayed Delivery

In case:
– You did not receive the download email
– The download link is not working
– Your internet interrupted the process
