At Design Lab Store, we offer downloadable digital products such as eBooks, design templates, and creative assets. Please read our refund and return policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. No Refund Policy

All sales are final.
Due to the digital nature of our products, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once a purchase is completed and the files are delivered.

By completing a purchase, you agree to this No Refund Policy and understand that digital goods cannot be “returned” in the same way as physical items.

2. Exceptions (Only If Applicable)

We may offer assistance or redelivery only in the following cases:
– You did not receive the download link or file
– The file is corrupted or not opening properly

In such cases, please contact us within 48 hours of purchase with your order details and issue description.

3. Duplicate Purchase

If you accidentally purchase the same item more than once, please contact us. We may review the case and offer store credit will be issued in 3 to 4 days (if eligible).
